Darkroom is what made me fall in love with photography. The tactile feel of creating pictures with chemicals is incredibly rewarding. It felt like making images instead of just taking images. Shooting in black and white taught me to see value, rather than just hunting for color. I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did but it keeps me coming back.
